We Partner With You to Get Results.

About You

  • You are sick and tired of being sick and tired.

  • You are on too many medications.

  • You want to be healthy at any age.

  • You want to find safer alternatives to the medications you are taking.

  • You want precise, personalized, proactive health care.

  • You want to finally get results and feel good.

  • You are willing to try natural and lifestyle therapies to improve your health.

  • You have been shuffled from doctor to doctor with poor results.

  • You have been told your lab tests show there is nothing wrong.

  • Your want a doctor who listens to all of what you think is important about your health and does not rush out after 10 minutes.

  • You believe you deserve better health care with someone who sees you as a whole person.

  • You believe that the food you eat affects your health.

  • You want to fix the root cause of why you are sick.

  • You have a health philosophy of supporting your body to heal itself naturally.

Instead of covering up the symptoms of your health problem with a pill, which does not fix the root cause of your problem, we evaluate your total health issues and chart a course to bring you back to optimum health. We are with you every step of the way.

Our approach to your health includes the basic principles of integrative Functional Medicine:

  • Biochemical Individuality: There is only one of you! Biochemical make-up is based upon genetic and environmental factors unique to the individual.

  • Patient-centered versus disease-centered.  We must know the person who has the disease, rather than just which disease a person has.

  • Health is a dynamic balance of internal and external factors. What is the individual environment that has provided a foothold for this disease?  How do we make that environment less able to support dysfunction, and better able to flourish harmoniously?

  • A web-like interconnection of physiological factors at both cellular and systemic levels precede, trigger and promote both health and disease.

  • Health as a positive vitality – not merely the absence of disease. Rather than cover-up symptoms, we aim to help you achieve optimum healthy life experience

  • Promotion of organ reserve. Having reserve capacity in your organs allows them to respond to stress and recover quickly. Not just intended to prolong your lifespan, this helps to increase your “healthspan” –the number of active healthy years.

  • We educate you to take charge of your own health, heal yourself, and maintain a healthy lifestyle so that you can spend less time in doctor’s offices, and more time living your life. Learn more about our condition-specific therapies.
